Camp Blood is Brad Sykes debut feature movie and is basically taing the blueprints from the classic camp slasher movies like The Burning and Friday the 13 and doesn't add the appropriate ingredients to do anything for it, it's just a diluted clone - well not even a clone - it's the scraped out aftermath of the DNA of the first failed replicant that got rejected.

It’s about four young adults who are going on a camping trip to take a fresh breath of smogless air, wander aound in the careless nature, drink, campfire tales, have sex and the usual things you are supposed to do in the forest. Despite the warnings from a strange local the group of tourists still decide to get to the woods and meet up with their guide. The morning after the group wake up to find that their guide has been killed and shortly after they all are starting to get chopped up one by one by a clownmask-wearing killer.

There is not that much to say about this movie because there's hardly anything to say - It's bad, everyone knows it, and that's pretty much how it became known.

The whole movie seems to have been filmed with a cheap handcam, I don't think I even need to make any comments about the acting, but the clumsy, dragging fighting-scene between one of the guys and the killer took alot of patience to get through. I felt the same when the leading lady was constantly screaming in an earpiercing overdramatic fashion.

So yes it's bad but it's far from the worst I have seen. It's just so bad that it's completely meaningless.
