It's no surprise that Full Moon likes to release dorky movies and a couple of them being very entertaining none the less, and they have also done som versus movies like Dollman vs Demonic Toys and Puppet Master vs Demonic Toys, here they found the oddest mash up of them all Gingerdead Man vs Evil Bong. I have seen the Gingerdead Man movies and find them pretty funny, not hilarious but I liked what I saw and had my brain shut off during the movies, this is although my first contact with the character Evil Bong though.

Right from the first second I quickly realized that my brain is way to active and I have to go through alot of difficulties to turn it off, I didn´t succeed in doing so thus the first couple of minutes with the Gingerdead Man became utterly blank and I hoped more than anything for something uplifting in the near future.

The next couple of minutes or an hour it seemed like I had to watch some flashbacks from the Evil Bong movies and I came to the conclusion that I seriously had to lobotomize myself to enjoy this even in the smallest way possible but I decided that it wasn´t worth it nor is it worth to check out those movies

It's really not much of a story either and it doesn't  have a satisfying ending either. The Gingerdead Man sits on the beach and plots his revenge against Sarah Leigh, the woman that made him the gingerman that he is today, while having a nice view, after finding her whereabouts he quickly sets out to kill her and whoever stands in the way.

Sarah have opened her own bakery and across the road is a suspect store run by Larnell, one day Larnell sees one of his costumers eating a cake and gets the craving of his life and goes to Sarahs store. The cake eating costumers walks in to the office and finds his little secret, the evil bong Eebe locked up and gagged, he sets it free and in the middle of everything Gingerdead Man barks in with a murderous lust.

That sounds pretty ok doesn't it? Well it does but it's so far from ok, it's painful, Gingerdead Man VS Evil Bong is filled with annoying over the top characters that tries way to hard to be quirky, goofy and funny and fails in all departments that ever have, does and will exists, the attempts to jokes and one liners are so embarassing that I almost tore my hair off, it felt like when you are out with a dumbass you know and he gets drunk, runs around naked and screams random stuff and makes an ass out of both himself and the party he is with, this movie evokes similar form of emotions.

If you're in it for the humour, I couldn't find any, want to see it for the blood? Nope forget it, hardly any of it in this movie. Action? No, most of the movie is just a flashback and extremely annoying people doing nothing but being annoying and delivering life and intelligence ruining oneliners while being excruciatingly irritating.
