There are many indie films that have been successful this year and one of those films that had the possibility of winning manners prices and grab an official movie release this year is none other than the amazing movie "Found" which was directed by Scott Schirmer already in 2012. The film is based on the novel of the same name, which was written by Todd Rigney in 2004. Found is a highly poignant, emotional and dramatic horror movie with huge 70s vibe where we get to meet the bullied fifth grade author Marty who discovers that his big brother is a serial killer.

Found has been screened at 40 film festivals around the world and has won 36 awards, including 17 for best feature and 7 awards for young Gavin Brown's leading performance. This is an acclaimed film from many places in the world and what we want to say with this is that Found is about to get its sequel "Headless", which is already in pre-production now.

Headless is a collaboration between Forbidden Films and Gentleman Monster Productions. It's a product of a successful Kickstarter campaign, and has been shooting over the past month. This time the production is written by Nathan Erdel and directed by Arthur Cullipher. When Found was more of a coming-of-age story set around horrific events,  Headless should be a straight-up crazy slasher in the veins of classics as The Last House on Dead End Street and The Headless Eyes. It should see an early 2015 release. Don't miss it!
